All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, title to the product and risk of loss pass to the purchaser. Cannatrol® is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit.
Domestic Orders
Orders over $900 ship via UPS Ground and require an adult signature upon delivery.
Orders under $900, including baskets, shelves, brackets, and stackers, typically ship via USPS and do not require an adult signature.
To receive delivery updates, manage your shipment, or make eligible delivery changes, enroll in UPS My Choice® at UPS My Choice.
Certain accessory and replacement items, including keys, Sponge & Cup sets, tints, bags, replacement sponges, and soft goods, may also ship via USPS. For delivery management options, please refer to USPS Package Intercept® service.
International Orders
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other charges assessed by the destination country's customs authorities. Any taxes or duties displayed at checkout are estimates only. The customer is solely responsible for all final import fees, customs charges, taxes, and freight-related costs.
Orders Using an International Freight Forwarder
Cannatrol is not responsible for any loss of or damage to shipments after they have left the United States. Because these shipments are transported internationally, we strongly recommend inspecting all packages for visible damage before signing for and accepting delivery.
By signing for the shipment, you acknowledge that it was received in acceptable condition. Any claims for loss, damage, or shortages discovered after acceptance must be submitted directly to the freight forwarder or carrier responsible for the shipment.
