Welcome to Cannatrol® – Dry, Cure, and Store. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VT Dry & Cure Technologies Inc., doing business as Cannatrol®. 

We operate this website and online store (collectively, the “Services”) to offer precision environmental control equipment designed for drying, curing, and storing plant material and similar applications. 

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, content, features, and purchase of our products and accessories. Please read them carefully—by visiting, interacting with, or making a purchase through our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Cannatrol® systems—including Cool Cure, S-Series, and DC-Series—are post-harvest environmental control appliances. These devices are not designed or intended for illegal activity, including cultivation or processing of cannabis in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful. 

Our equipment provides precision temperature and dew point management and may be used for herbs, botanicals, hops, spices, and other legal agricultural products. 

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 

Product specifications, features, and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time. 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE 

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected resale, export, or misuse inconsistent with applicable laws or our brand policy. 

Payment must clear before shipment. Once an order is processed, we may be unable to modify or cancel it. In the event of cancellation or change, we will attempt to notify you at the contact information provided during checkout. 

Return Policy: All sales are final, and you agree to the terms and conditions of the refund policy.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees may be applied at checkout depending on your location.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of laws principles. 

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, USA. You consent to such jurisdiction and venue

Your continued use of our Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
