The unit had minor damage from shipping (bent door lock and cracked wiring harness cover) so I called customer service to get a replacement cover and advice on bent door lock. Davey was very helpful sent me out a new cover for the wiring harness. I was told I would not void the warranty if I readjusted the door lock. Very quick and efficient. The unit came on line and I'm ready to go. I'm quite excited about this as drying and curing in cardboard boxes is very tedious.
It's set it and forget it...just as described. Automation at the most critical part of the cycle is the answer that I didn't know I was looking for. It has changed my happy place for the better. Thank you for the continued excellent customer service and the C2!
This CANNATROL Cool Cure C2 is an absolute game changer and I'm positive now that I spent the money on it, that I CANNOT do what I love to do, (and DO IT TO THE BEST OF MY/A HOME-GROWERS ABILITY) without having purchased thd CANNATROL C2. It allows me to focus on growing and training and genetics and it eliminates the years old guessing game with the 60/60 you've heard from every backyard grower. My buddy and I use the same tent and equipment company and a little while ago he chose to spend his money on their dry/cure machine, so I've been around both products at this point and I've enjoyed goods from both processes. And with the knowledge I now have, i will say this with confidence (and stand on it): "I can ONLY reccomend the CANNATROL, COOL CURE, C2" TO SOMEONE I CALL A FELLOW GROWME💚💙💚💙 OR FRIEND!!!
A HUGE Thank You: to the Family/Community over at CANNATROL that educated me on the actual&correct, dry/cure process and the physics behind it all. Thank You, Mr. DAVID for applying your skill & expertise to our community to give us the, first ever, opportunity for precise, consistent results after every hard-earned grow!!
It came quicker than Amazon live these guys the best
Just purchased 2 Cannatrol C2 units. They have been working great. Dried down 1.5lbs of flower and cured it for a test run. Working great so far. Flower has almost no bag smell initially due to terps being locked in, but when you grind it the smell will clear your sinuses. Highly recommend.
