I recently purchased a new cool cure “C” model cannatrol and have been using it now for one complete cycle (dry,cure,store) and it has far exceeded any expectations I may have formed before receiving the unit. After that cycle of using it, I was left with a few unanswered questions that were not in the quick start guide. Some of the questions were about the sponge usage, when to and when not to use it, and a few other questions about curing in the unit after drying elsewhere (closet,tent,etc…) and not using the cannatrol to dry. I also inquired about what happens to the programmed cycle in the event of a power outage. Well I ended up speaking with a super knowledgeable woman named Kathy, and not only do they answer the ringing phone themselves ( a rarity) they must also be trained pretty well on their product because she answered every single question I had, and there was no, “let me look into that and get back to ya” kinda thing , she really knew her stuff…!!! This unit is scientific…there’s no compressor or Freon in this thing at all. I geeked out and went down the proverbial rabbit hole before purchasing the unit. I’m so glad I took the chance on this thing, it’s gonna be a game changer for me not having to free up a specific area for drying after the run.
So that’s my review…I hope it helps someone that might be on the fence about purchasing one of these, but just remember, if you have any questions or issues Kathy was VERY knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with…thank you Kathy…!!!

Purchased 1st. C2 January 26, after 1st harvest the C2 performed flawlessly. However I would need another C2 to meet my needs. I purchased a second C2, and a stacker to consolidate the two C2'S.The second C2 performed flawlessly as well. Very Nice equipment, not a dehydrator. All cannabis is processed through the C2'S, prior to pressing. Poorly dried and cured Cannabis will result in low quality Rosin and returns, the C2 truly increased my Rosin Production. Very happy customer.
