Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed 

Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser. Cannatrol® is not responsible for delays or damage incurred in transit.  

Orders over $900 ship via UPS Ground and require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Orders less than $900—baskets, shelves, bracket, stackers, are shipped via USPS and do not require an adult signature. To make any changes to your delivery and to receive detailed updates regarding your shipment, please join UPS My Choice for free by visiting ups.com/mychoice

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Recipients of international shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Taxes and duties shown at checkout are only an estimate and the customer is responsible for any additional final import and freight charges.
